John
Crow, Chair – Former
Governor of the Bank of Canada. Expert in financial management
and accountability, with a long history of working with not-for-profit
agencies, including the Ottawa Community Foundation and the
Canadian Opera Company.
Bronwyn Drainie – Three decades of cultural journalism in
Canada, with a particular interest in arts education. She
is the editor of the Literary Review
of Canada and board
member of IMPACS for the past ten years.
Karen Falconer – Superintendent of Education, Toronto
District School Board (Parkdale), Falconer's expertise includes
curriculum development, community partnership development,
and mentoring. She has been a member of the Black Educators'
Work Group, advocating for the needs of black students on both
a local and provincial level.
Lyndsay Green – A technology consultant, Green has worked
with several non-profit arts organizations, Including George
Brown Theatre School and the Toronto Arts Centre.
Merle Kriss – A private wealth management consultant,
Kriss has trained as a program director for Social Services.
She is the current Chair of the Glenn Gould Foundation.
François Poirier – Poirier specializes in fundraising
and management consulting. He has extensive experience assisting
organizations with the development of strategic and technological
planning.
Howard Sutton – Sutton has substantial business skills,
governance and board experience.
Ann Wilson – A board member of the Toronto Community
Foundation, Wilson is also an artist and lawyer with an interest
